External DVD Burners

Below is the two easiest and best ways I have found to make a video DVD from one of my video's on my Camcorder.

This is a  SONY VRC-VC20 Video Recordable DVD Drive that I bought at "Best Buy" for about $180. See this great link below to find out how it works. You do not have to use the computer at all to make this work.

These two DVD Recorders are ones that I like the best and use the most. I recommend both of them.

It is important to realize that the DVD's made by the methods above will give you a DVD that you cannot play on your computer.
 
To put a video file on your computer requires that you do that in a different way.
 
In order to put a video on your computer you need a camcorder that has a Firewire connection or a camcorder that has memory stick that is large enough to hold a video of the size you want to put on the computer.

Making a DVD on the Computer
 
I use the ( need4video ) program to burn DVD's or CD's on the computer. The program works great for me.
 
By the way all of the DVD's I have burned work great in a DVD/VCR player that works with the TV.
 
The program will work with DVD+RW's and DVD-R's and any of the other DVD types. You do not have to finalize if you are doing a DVD-R as the program takes care of all of that.

I have the unlimited access so I don't have a time limit that I can use the program. With this program you purchase one program and then can download any of the other programs. I downloaded them all afterwards.
 
I think this is the above program is the best program I have used.
 
There are many other programs that you can find and some are free. 
 
Some of the free programs are even being sold on ebay by several different sellers for about US $8.79 plus free shipping and you are supposed to get a free disk but they never send one. Many complaints have been reported but the fraud continues.  The one I ordered said: COPY CD DVD BURNING BURNER BURN VIDEO MUSIC SOFTWARE.  If you get ripped off by a seller on ebay because they don't send you the disk....give them bad feedback.  They usually just send you a download that is usually free and then don't send the disk even though they said they would. Also I have never been able to get the program to work.
